Day 1 - Optimal Day Every morning for at least the last decade the first thing I reach for in the morning is the largest mug of coffee I can find. ☕️ This morning I made a small change instead of jumping for the coffee I went for the H20 instead mixed with some pink Himalayan sea salt and a lemon 🍋 slice Heres why - we lose water in our sleep and drinking water in the morning is like a car wash for the organs. So I did a thing today. I actually joined WW! I am a HUGE fan of WW. I lost 70 pounds on Points Plus back in 2012. I only actually paid for WW once and that was just for 1 month. Wist je dat het vandaag de Internationale Dag Tegen Diabetes is!! Om die reden wil ik ook extra aandacht geven aan dit onderwerp omdat ook voeding invloed heeft op diabetes. Gezonde voeding is van groot belang en een extra aandachtspuntje voor koolhydraten in combinatie met medicatie is erg belangrijk! En wist je dat sporten ook invloed heeft op zowel diabetes type 1 als 2. Sporten werkt mee aan gewichtverlies waardoor je type 2 diabetes kunt reduceren. Saying I wasnt in the mood for a workout this morning would be like saying ice is 'a little chilly', a massive understatement! From the minute I woke up this morning I didn't feel 100% and really wasnt in the mood for a workout but as I have said to every client ever; something is better than nothing! So today it was time to practice what I preach, whenever i feel like this i try and just focus on intensity of the session rather than weight or performance so i set myself a 1 hour time cap on the session and tried to just keep the intensity high. Διαχείριση Πανηγυριού Αγ. Μάμα Γυναίκα 30 ετών Σε 8 μήνες έχασε 34,7 κιλά σε βάρος και 33,5 κιλά λίπους Πήγε 5 φορές με 4 διαφορετικές παρέες στο Πανηγύρι Αγ. Μάμα.
